Hannah Rockburn is the shared Operations Manager for the Capacity Building Institute (CBI) and Eco-Internships (EI). She recently joined our network in 2020 after graduating from Carleton University with a Bachelor's degree in Earth Science and Physical Geography.
While in school, Hannah was the president of the Carleton University Geography and Environmental Studies Student Association (CUGESA) and served as a student ambassador for the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies. Since her internship, Hannah has taken on various leadership roles, such as being an Intern Mentor in 2021 and helping to further develop the Intern Support & Training Programs for 2022. She strongly believes in the importance of networking and collaborating with others and that we all can make a difference if we all work together to help each other out.
Hannah also has experience in using digital mapping software to help enhance an organization's storytelling through geo-visualizations and is working on creating a shared mapping service platform for small-shop ENPOs.
